Sizing

Q. What size welly boot should I purchase?

A. The welly boots are a standard fit so should be in line with your usual footwear size. Please note removing the inner sock will allow for a further half to full size which will let the boot grow with your kids feet. Please also refer our sizing chart.

Shipping

Q. How much is shipping and when will my product ship?

A. Shipping costs are €5.99 for all national deliveries (€12.99 UK) and are made through a national courier service. We aim to ship your Bright Light Boots within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Exchanges/Refunds

Q. What if the product I receive is faulty / incorrect size?

A. At Bright Light Boots we realise that although our products are of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each item as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size or colour. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Contact must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. As soon as the unwanted item(s) has been returned to us, we will dispatch the new item(s) to the customer. Bright Light Boots will not charge postage to send new item(s) to the customer however all costs such as packaging and postage for returning unwanted item(s) to us will be paid by the customer.

Every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care. Should an item be faulty, we urge the customer to contact us promptly via email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. Bright Light Boots will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Delivery fees will be included in refund.

Materials

Q. What are the welly boots made from?

A. The boots are made from a lightweight EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) foam. This is an odourless and extremely durable material. The boots are formed from one single piece which makes them strong, 100% waterproof and long lasting.

 

Care & Cleaning

Q. How should I clean & care for the boots?

A. Dirty boots should be cleaned by hand with water or mild detergent, using a cloth or sponge, and dried with a cloth or left to dry naturally away from direct sources of heat. The textile linings should be washed in warm water (max 40C) using conventional household laundry products, do not tumble dry.

Footwear should not be:

  • cleaned with sharp objects
  • washed with organic detergents
  • dried in direct sunlight
  • dried near radiators, heaters, blowers, open fire or direct sources of heat
